In the ring welding head of tin ball laser soldering machine, the distributing disc sends the tin ball to the welding nozzle respectively, and then the laser melts the tin ball at the welding nozzle to the OIS PIN position. In the whole process, nitrogen plays an auxiliary supply to prevent oxidation of tin balls and determine whether tin balls are available. The equipment adopts high-precision visual positioning correction system and linear motor motion system to realize high-speed fine welding.


Tin ball laser soldering machine also called tin ball solder jetting machine, tin ball laser welding machine, solder ball laser welding machine solder ball laser soldering machine, etc. It is a new solder mounting process. The main advantage of this process is that the interconnection can be achieved at a very small size, and the size of the melt drop can be as small as tens of microns.
